SUMMARY:Saturday Morning Club Ride
DESCRIPTION:We bid a sad farewell to two of our members this weekend\, Marcus and Hanna\, who are leaving Oxford with new baby Linnea in tow\, to begin a new life together in Munich. A huge loss to our club\, but plans for an Oktoberfest-themed cycling tour are already underway!  This week’s ride will end at the Holly Bush and if you cannot make the ride\, then please join us from 12.30pm for some farewell drinks. Route details are now on STRAVA (and a shout out to this week’s Ride Co-Ordinator\, Webby\, for what must be one of the most inspired route titles in a long while!) \nIf you are a non-member\, you are very welcome to join us\, but PLEASE contact us in advance so that we can be certain we can accommodate you. Please have a read through the HOW WE RIDE page before joining us. More information on our club rides is available HERE. \nThe ride starts promptly at 9am from outside Bike Zone and the groups always aim to rendezvous back in Oxford for some post-ride refreshment  – we do not have a coffee stop during the ride. \nOur club rides offer a great opportunity to learn a little more about OCC and\, if you haven’t experienced it before\, discover the benefits of cycling with a club! \nPlease note that the wearing of a helmet is mandatory and we ask anyone joining us for the first time to provide their ICE details and wear/bring clothing necessary for the likely conditions\, inner tubes and please ensure your bike is road worthy!
