Panshill is a cyclist-friendly cafe at Panshill Leisure Park, which is essentially a course fishing centre on the far side of Otmoor near Horton cum Studley.
I visited on a solo ride, and on the way home as its quite close to Oxford and makes a change from a city centre cafe or a home brew. While I was there another group from Didcot Phoenix turned up – about eight, so its becoming known among cyclists.
There’s no bean-to-cup coffee machine here – coffee snobs beware, but for pod coffee its not too bad. There are great flapjacks and snacks. The cafe is reasonably large and open and very welcoming.
